Afsheen T. Malik is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in people and culture, learning design, and business consulting. Currently serving as a Senior People & Culture Advisor at TELUS and a Faculty Instructor at Vancouver Community College, Afsheen has previously held various significant roles at TELUS, including Physician Engagement Manager and Learning and Development Consultant. With a career beginning in 2007, Afsheen has focused on enhancing physician support, developing foundational learning strategies, and driving process improvements across multiple departments.
