Nichola Pilch is a strategy and innovation leader with over 20 years of experience in technology transformation and customer-centric growth. They have held significant roles at notable companies including Ernst & Young as a Senior Consultant and at Foxtel, where they contributed as a Senior Content Investments Analyst and Senior Product Strategy Analyst. At Sky, Nichola served as Head of Business Development and Head of Digital Strategy & Innovation, playing a key role in launching the successful Sky VIP loyalty program. Currently, Nichola is the Head of Segment Strategy at Telstra, where they focus on enhancing enterprise segments. They hold a Bachelor of Accounting from the University of Technology, Sydney, and a Graduate Diploma of Accounting from the Institute of Chartered Accountants.
