Matt Attaway is a partner at Treaty Capital Partners and co-founder and COO of Telostaff, where they focus on helping businesses maximize value through global talent acquisition. Matt previously co-founded and served as CFO of Align Midstream Partners II and held leadership roles including Vice President of Finance at Align Midstream Partners and Director of Strategy & Finance at Hartford Homes, LLC. Early in their career, Matt worked as a consultant at The Boston Consulting Group and as an analyst at Imperial Capital and Mercer Human Resource Consulting. They earned an MBA from Harvard Business School between 2012 and 2014.
