Danilo Smaldone has a wealth of experience in the ICT field. Danilo began their career in 2003 as a N.O.C. at Kingcom SpA, where they were responsible for programming, monitoring, and testing data/voice networks, as well as configuring server and routing apparatus. In 2005, they joined Informa srl as an EDP Manager, where they were responsible for planning IT resources, supervising EDC operators, and designing and supervising the company intranet. In 2007, they joined ALIDA SRL as Technical Manager, where they were responsible for configuring and overseeing telecommunications networks, as well as developing integrated VoIP/PSTN solutions. In 2016, they became the ICT Systems Manager at Senior ICT Systems Manager. In this role, they provided consulting, design, and training in the ICT field, as well as support for GAN, WAN, WLAN, and LAN networks and technologies. In 2017, they joined Sipwise as an Operations Engineer, and in 2018 they joined Sangoma as a Solutions Engineer EU. Currently, they are a Solutions Engineer at Telnyx, where they are focused on powering developers and businesses to provision and integrate tier-1 voice, messaging, data, and other forms of real-time communication into their applications.

Danilo Smaldone obtained their CCNA INSTRUCTOR degree from the Cisco Academy in 2012. Danilo also holds certifications from the Linux Academy, LinuxAcademy.com, RIPE NCC, OpenSIPS Solutions, TikTrain.com, Cisco, and Dell.
