Simona has worked as a Generalist at Western Union Processing Lithuania and served as an HR Business Partner at Circle K, where they supported various HR initiatives and contributed to organizational goals. Currently, as the People Growth Lead for Telia Lithuania, Simona is focused on leadership development, performance management, and fostering a values-oriented culture within the organization.
