Mindaugas Grigas is a Senior Radio Network Planning Engineer at Telia Lietuva, a position held since January 2017. Prior to this role, Mindaugas worked at Omnitel for over a decade, where responsibilities included base station planning, equipment swapping, and the integration of new technologies such as 3G and 4G, along with expertise in indoor Distributed Antenna System (DAS) planning. Earlier roles included BSS Engineer, Radio Network Optimization Engineer, and Radio Paging Engineer. Mindaugas holds a Bachelor's degree in Electronics Equipment Design and a Master's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering, both from Vilnius Gediminas Technical University.
