Mikael Thodén is currently the Head of Enterprise Services transformation at Telia, where they lead digital transformation activities within Enterprise Services for B2B Finland. Previously, they have held various roles at TeliaSonera and Telia, including Department Manager and Senior Partner Manager, focusing on business development, process optimization, and partner management. Mikael began their career as a Project Manager trainee and completed a Master of Science in Telecommunications and Industrial Economics at Aalto University. Their extensive experience encompasses strategic project management and the implementation of Lean methodologies across the organization.
