Currently, Terrance serves as the Director of Inside Sales & Business Development at Teleperformance, where they lead a team in generating leads across various business verticals. Previously, Terrance worked at T-Mobile in various leadership roles, focusing on sales, program management, and customer service, and received recognition as a Winner's Circle recipient for outstanding performance. Driven by collaboration and innovation, Terrance has contributed to significant initiatives like the Altitude program and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion efforts.
