Phani Kumar is currently the Director of Information Technology (Network) Global Business Services at Teleperformance, where they head Global Backbone Network Infrastructure, SDWAN, Network Security, and data centers. They have been involved in multiple roles, including Network Solution Architect and Network Advisor/Consultant, and focus on defining guidelines aligned with the enterprise's technology roadmap while creating business value. Prior to this, Phani worked at TCS-Hyderabad as an Associate Consultant and gained experience as an FMS Engineer at CMS Computers Ltd. and a Desktop Engineer at Moxiee Solutions Pvt Ltd. Phani holds a B.Tech in Electronics and Communication from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University.
