Robert Cooper has over 17 years of experience in service delivery and implementation management within the telecommunications sector. Currently serving as a Service Delivery Manager at telent since January 2006, Robert has successfully managed the roll-out of the bSkyb broadband network. Previous roles at telent include Implementation Manager and Field Contract Supervisor in the Midlands region. Prior to joining telent, Robert worked as a Field Engineer at GPT from August 1996 to January 2006. Robert holds an HND in Telecommunications Engineering from Coventry Technical College, completed between 1996 and 1998, and has foundational education from South Delta Senior Secondary and Tsawassen Junior Secondary.
