Peter Leonard has over 24 years of experience in the design, delivery, and support of efficient IT services. Currently serving as the Head of Service Architecture for Enterprise Health at Telef贸nica Tech, Peter is responsible for the design and implementation of enterprise managed service capabilities, leading strategic health practice offerings, and driving customer transformations. Previously, Peter held various roles at Capita Managed IT Solutions, including Service Architect and IT Service Continuity Manager, where a focus on ITIL and ISO-accredited managed services was emphasized. Additional experience includes serving as an IT Consultant at BT and a Senior Systems Developer at Ulster Bank. Peter holds a BSc in Computing from Ulster University.
