Hatem Morsy has extensive experience in employee engagement and customer care communication, currently serving as the Employees Engagement Manager at Telecom Egypt since January 2018, where responsibilities include enhancing the engagement index of Customer Care employees and managing internal communication. Prior to this role, Hatem has been with Vodafone since March 2007, contributing to various teams, including Customer Experience & People Engagement, where innovative communication strategies and training materials were developed for customer care staff. Hatem possesses a strong background in coordinating multimedia projects, including video production for training and engagement, while ensuring adherence to organizational guidelines. Hatem holds a degree in Accounting from Ain Shams University, earned between 2002 and 2006.
