Seth Rice is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in compliance, data privacy, and employment law. Currently serving as Associate General Counsel at Tektronix since November 2022, Seth leads the company's global compliance program. As a member of the Board of Directors for ACG Pittsburgh since January 2021, Seth contributes to the organization's mission of promoting the interests of its professionals. Previously, as Assistant General Counsel at Montauk Renewables, Seth oversaw SEC filings and corporate governance matters. A long tenure at Kennametal Corporation saw Seth excel in establishing the global Office of Ethics and Compliance. Prior experience includes roles at The Lubrizol Corporation, Babst, Calland, Clements & Zomnir, P.C., and advisory work with the Pittsburgh Technology Council. Educational credentials comprise a Juris Doctor from The University of Tulsa College of Law and a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science from Westminster College (PA).
