Deborah McCourt is an experienced professional with a robust background in IT management and client services. Currently serving as the Delivery Manager for Global Services at TEKsystems since May 2013, Deborah's previous roles include IT Director at American Managed Care, where responsibilities included overseeing the operational management of the Infrastructure Team and managing budgets. At WellCare Health Plans Inc., Deborah excelled as a Senior Manager in Client Services, managing operations for client services and desktop support for over 4,500 computers, and also held a position as Telecommunications Manager, overseeing telephony across multiple states.
