Mikael Nurminen has a diverse work experience in various companies. Mikael started their career in 2008 as a Logistics Manager at Materex Finland Oy, where they worked until 2014. In 2014, they joined Teknos as a Thesis Worker for a few months before transitioning to a Manufacturing role in 2015. In 2016, they briefly worked as a Process Engineer at Nextrom before returning to Teknos in 2017. At Teknos, they held multiple roles including Sales Engineer, Key Account Manager, and Sales Manager. Currently, they are serving as the Sales Director at Teknos.

Mikael Nurminen pursued their Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from 2011 to 2015 at Metropolia Ammattikorkeakoulu - Helsinki Metropolia University of Applied Sciences.
