Derrick Munezero is an accomplished IT professional with extensive experience in technical support and software development. From September 2018 to October 2022, Derrick served as an IT Support Technician at AC Group Rwanda. Currently, Derrick is employed as a Microsoft D365 Technical Support Engineer L2 at TeKnowledge and also holds the role of Microsoft Technical Support Engineer L2 at Tek Experts since March 2024.
