Elias Mikuni Toshiro graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Development Economics and International Development from Keio University, complemented by studies at Dartmouth College. They worked for ITOCHU Corporation as an IPP Analyst from 2013 to 2019 before holding roles at ITOCHU International Inc. and Tyr Energy, Inc., focusing on renewable energy investment and business development. Currently, Elias serves as the Director at TED Renewables, following their earlier position as Manager there. With extensive international experience, including work in Tokyo, Moscow, and New York, they are bilingual in English and Japanese.
