Robert Peter has extensive experience in health, safety, environment, and exploration management within the mining sector. Currently serving as Director of HSEC, Exploration and Project Development at Teck Resources Limited since September 2014, Robert previously held key positions at Anglo American as Safety, Health & Environment Manager for Group Exploration and Exploration Manager for North America from June 2010 to September 2014. Prior to that, Robert worked at Rio Tinto Exploration as Principal Geologist from November 1995 to May 2010. Academic credentials include an MSc in Remote Sensing from UCL and a BSc in Geology from the University of Birmingham.
