Eliab Roman is a highly skilled mineral processing professional with twenty-eight years of experience in managing metallurgical operations, projects, and quality control. They have held positions including Senior Metallurgist at Teck Resources Limited and Chief Metallurgist at Northgate Minerals, where they successfully optimized metallurgical performance and led significant projects. Eliab was pivotal in the construction and commissioning of the 30,000 tons per day Red Chris Cu-Au plant and has extensive experience in various mineral processing techniques and plant audits. Currently, Eliab is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Metallurgical Engineering at the Mapua Institute of Technology.
