Hong Tran is the founder, chairperson, and CEO of TechX Corporation, a position they have held since 2020. They previously served as Country Channel Director at Hewlett Packard Enterprise (2009–2012) and as Vice President of Sales at CMC Corporation (2006–2009), and they headed Information Technology at Telecommunication and IT Colleges (2003–2006). They also held the title of Deputy Chief Executive Officer, with recognitions such as Top 10 Excellent Entrepreneur of Ho Chi Minh City 2016 and Vietnam's 100 Best Performing Entrepreneur 2017, and they have been a frequent public speaker and panelist. They are currently pursuing a master’s degree in Banking, Corporate, Finance, and Securities Law at FHNW, after earning an Engineer’s degree in Telecommunications Engineering from PTIT (1998–2003).
