Akshay Vithalkar is a Mechanical Design Engineer with extensive experience in designing and modeling food processing equipment and assembly lines. Currently at Technosoft Engineering since August 2021, Akshay specializes in using Solidworks and AutoCAD to create equipment for various food applications. Prior experience includes working at Jendamark India Pvt. Ltd from May 2019 to May 2021, focusing on turn-key assembly lines for automotive components using Autodesk Inventor and AutoCAD. At Infinity Automation Systems Pvt. Ltd. from March 2016 to May 2019, Akshay served as Team Lead for the design of special purpose machines and conducted inspections using Solidworks, Catia V5, and AutoCAD. Akshay holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Automotive Engineering Technology from RIT, awarded in 2015.
