TH Lübeck is an innovation and transfer-oriented university of applied sciences, which is characterized by a high degree of practical focus in teaching and a high degree of application orientated research. With about 5,000 students in four departments and over 30 study programs, it is the largest university in the Hanseatic City of Lübeck. As an expert in natural and engineering sciences, economics, computer science, architecture and design, it shapes the region in economic and cultural terms.
