Mohammad Arief Wibowo has extensive experience in strategic planning and governance within the digital and technology sector, currently holding a position at Sinarmas Mining since March 2017. Responsibilities include managing the complete project management lifecycle for digital solutions, collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure project timelines, overseeing budgeting and project documentation, and facilitating effective use and handover of digital products. Previous roles at Sinarmas Mining involved leading digital learning initiatives, developing internal talent programs, driving HR digital projects, and partnering with stakeholders to execute people strategies. Prior to this, Mohammad worked as a Project Supervisor and Technical Assistant at PT Agricola Nusantara Baramineral, focusing on project scheduling and risk assessment. Educationally, Mohammad holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Mining and Mineral Engineering from Universitas Pembangunan Nasional Veteran Yogyakarta.
