With a robust career spanning over three decades, Sanjay has held several senior leadership roles, including Senior Vice President & Business Head at Infosys BPM, where responsibilities encompassed managing high-tech, manufacturing, retail, and consumer logistics segments. Previous positions include Executive Vice President & COO at Arvato Financial Solutions and Managing Director at Accenture, contributing significantly to BPO operations and client relations across multiple regions. Sanjay’s educational background includes the Executive Leadership Program at Stanford University and Harvard Business School, along with a Chartered Accountant designation from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
