Arumugam Thenappan is a seasoned professional with 30 years of IT experience, currently serving as Delivery Head and Program Director at Tech Mahindra. Previously, Arumugam held the position of Vice President, Head of IT Operations & Enterprise Services at Astro, where they oversaw enterprise IT infrastructure and improved service levels. Arumugam's earlier roles included management positions at JEN Software Consultant Sdn Bhd and operations support at Standard Chartered Bank. They are also pursuing a Master in Information and Communication Technology Management at Asia e University.
