Eric Stanton started their work experience in 2001 as a Sargent in the United States Marine Corps. Eric served in this role until 2007. In 2018, they joined TEC Equipment as the Director of Fixed Ops and is currently in this position.

Eric Stanton has a degree in Lean Six Sigma Black Belt from Aveta Business Institute. Eric also attended Bates Community College, where they studied General Sciences.
