Paul Leishman is an accomplished recruitment professional with extensive experience in various industries. Since March 2022, Paul has served as the Owner of Isaac Gracie Recruitment, specializing in recruitment for sectors such as medical devices, electronics, and chemical manufacturing. In May 2024, Paul took on the role of Scotland Regional Director at TEAM Network, focusing on empowering recruiters to enhance their performance and profitability. Prior to these roles, Paul worked at Escape Recruitment Services from 2000 to March 2022, holding positions including Business Development Director and Director. Additionally, Paul was the Vice Chair of Developing the Young Workforce - Fife from March 2016 to April 2017. Paul holds an HND in Organisational Administration and Business Administration from Fife College and an NLP Diploma from BrighlightNLP.
