Currently serving as the User Experience and Innovation Director at Team Consulting, Paul focuses on user-centered product development and strategic leadership. Previously, Paul held positions as Director of Design and Head of Industrial Design at Team Consulting, where they contributed to numerous award-winning projects and the growth of the design capabilities within the organization.
