Rafael Amieva Guerra is currently the Managing Director for Spain and Portugal at Teads, a role undertaken after the merger of Outbrain and Teads in 2025. With a robust background in finance, sales, and advertising, they have held leadership positions at various multinational firms, including Yahoo, where they significantly grew business revenue as Managing Director. Rafael founded La Divina de la Haza, a company specializing in franchising for aesthetic medical centers and laundry services, which achieved remarkable growth in its initial years. They also served in management roles at Brave Bison, Outbrain, and other companies, consistently demonstrating a strong capacity for team consolidation and business strategy development. Rafael earned a degree in Law from Universidad Autónoma de Madrid and an Executive MBA from IE.
