Kartikeya Sharma has extensive experience in various roles across multiple industries. At Teachmint since June 2021, Kartikeya has contributed to strategic initiatives in areas such as sales, marketing, and operations as part of the Founder's Office. Prior to Teachmint, Kartikeya was a founding partner at Orivo International from August 2018 to June 2021, where responsibilities included conceptualizing a business model for exporting organic Indian medicinal herbs and managing supply chain processes. In earlier roles, Kartikeya worked as a production engineer at Mercedes-Benz India, achieving production targets and improving assembly processes, and held positions at the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay, focusing on enhancing process efficiency and designing automotive suspension systems. Kartikeya holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay, and was awarded the 'Indian Achievers’ Award for Business Excellence' at the India-International Business Summit in 2019.
