O'Sha L. Williams is an experienced K-12 classroom educator and policy advisor dedicated to educational equity and the improvement of access to high-quality public education. With significant work focusing on multilingual students and communities, O'Sha advocates for language justice and anti-racist educational systems. O'Sha's training in data analysis and policy development comes from a Master's program in Urban Education Policy at Brown University, enhancing their ability to support educational systems improvement. Currently, O'Sha serves as the Director of Learning and Development for Teach For America, continually driving meaningful change in educational practices.
