Dr. Kyndra W. Butler is the Director of District and School Partnerships at Teach For America, a role they have held since 2019. With 10 years of progressive experience across various educational functions, they have demonstrated expertise in student retention, strategic planning, and team collaboration. Dr. Butler previously served as an Adjunct Professor at Southern University and A&M College System, and held leadership positions at River Parishes Community College and East Baton Rouge Parish School System. They have also worked as an Assistant Director of Financial Aid at McNeese State University and as an Instructor at Upper Iowa University. Dr. Butler earned their degree from Jackson State University between 2014 and 2016.
