Stephen Darragh Crowe is a seasoned HR leader based in Singapore, recognized for expertise in managing strategic and operational HR initiatives across global, regional, and local levels. Appointed as Co-Chair of the Human Capital Committee for Singapore’s American Chamber of Commerce in 2023, Stephen has extensive hands-on experience spanning the Asia Pacific, EMEA, LATAM, and the United States. With a background in accountancy and tax, Stephen has held significant HR roles at notable companies including PayPal and MSD, where they focused on transformational leadership, talent management, and operational excellence. Currently serving as SVP Group Head of HR and Strategy at TDCX, Stephen continues to drive impactful HR strategies in the fintech and eCommerce sectors.
