With over 20 years of experience in various roles related to project management, quality assurance, and information systems, Josée has successfully implemented governance frameworks and continuous improvement processes, particularly within the banking and insurance sectors. They hold a degree in Computer Engineering from Université de Montréal and have obtained certifications as a Scrum Master and Green Belt in Lean Six Sigma. Previously, Josée has held leadership positions at companies such as TD Meloche Monnex, Logisil, and Standard Life.
