Cindy Wong is a seasoned compensation professional with extensive experience in the field. They began their career as an HR Specialist and Training & Development Coordinator at Manulife Financial from 2003 to 2005. After serving as a Human Resources Generalist at PricewaterhouseCoopers from 2007 to 2008, Cindy held several roles at TD from 2016 to 2024, including Manager of Global Compensation Governance and Manager of Executive Compensation. Previously, Cindy was a Senior Compensation Analyst at CIBC from 2008 to 2011. They are currently pursuing an Honours Bachelor of Administrative and Commercial Studies with a focus on Organizational and Human Resources at Western University.
