Catherine A. Décarie is the Associate Vice President of Relationship Management in the Affinity Market Group at TD and has held this position since 2016. With 30 years of experience in General Insurance, contact centers, and relationship development, they lead client-serving contact centers across Atlantic Canada and Quebec. Catherine also serves as President of the International Women’s Forum in Canada, a role they stepped into in 2023, after previously being Chapter Chair from 2015 to 2017. Additionally, they were the Chair of the Board for the Alliance Francaise of Halifax Dartmouth from 2012 to 2013 and a Council Member at the Insurance Institute of Nova Scotia from 2012 to 2014. Catherine holds a Maitrise en Droit des Affaires and a Diplome d'Etudes Juridiques Appliquees from Université Paris X Nanterre, which they completed in 1990.
