Sidharth Sivasailam is a Product and Technology leader with over 22 years of experience in shaping product strategies across various industries. They have held significant roles at Microsoft, BNY Mellon, and Course5i, driving innovations in program management and product development, particularly in AI and analytics. Currently, Sidharth leads Product Strategy and Management in the Corporate Incubation Unit at Tata Consultancy Services, focusing on ideation and implementation of innovative solutions. Sidharth also served as a visiting faculty member at Chennai Business School, teaching courses on AI for business leaders. They completed a Master's degree in Computer Science and Engineering from the University of Michigan.
