Currently serving as the Regional Head for Talent Development at Tata Consultancy Services, they lead a robust strategy to foster a future-ready workforce and champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives for over 55,000 employees. Previously, Shraban held key roles in organizations such as Cognizant and Genpact, where they were instrumental in developing high-volume talent pipelines and innovative learning solutions.
