Rajeev Shankar is a performance-driven IT Transformation Leader currently serving as the Managing Director of Consulting and Services Integrations at Tata Consultancy Services. With 25 years of global experience, they have successfully guided large-scale transformations and built high-performing teams across various industries, including financial services, retail, and manufacturing. Rajeev co-founded Datalakes, where they established a cloud-native Big Data and Analytics platform, and held leadership roles at GE and Infosys, driving significant revenue growth and strategic account expansion. Rajeev is presently pursuing degrees in AI-Driven Leadership at Stanford University, an MBA from the University of North Carolina, and a B.Tech in Instrumentation and Control Engineering from the University of Calicut.
