Mayukh Dalal

Service Desk Lead

Mayukh Dalal has significant experience in the IT and service desk sectors, having held various leadership and technical roles in prominent companies. Mayukh began as a Project Engineer at Wipro Technologies from October 2014 to October 2018 and then advanced to a Service Desk Lead at Wipro Limited for a year until October 2019. Following this, Mayukh worked as a Technical Analyst at Deloitte until November 2020. Subsequently, a position as a Team Leader at Genpact was held from November 2020 to November 2021, before returning to the role of Service Desk Lead at Tata Consultancy Services, where Mayukh currently works. Mayukh completed schooling at Abhinav Bharati High School and earned a B.Com degree in Accountancy from Prafulla Chandra College.
