Gaurav KS holds a master's degree in human resource management and has a strong background in talent acquisition, leading global sourcing and recruitment efforts at Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) for over eight years. Currently serving as the Global Sourcing & Recruitment Lead for Asia Pacific and a functional consultant for HR digitization, Gaurav oversees a team of 24 members and is instrumental in enhancing the talent acquisition process through technology and strategic initiatives. Previously, Gaurav has also gained valuable experience through various HR trainee roles in different organizations, emphasizing employee engagement and grievance management.
