Deboshree Dutta has over 14 years of global HR experience, specializing in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, as well as talent engagement and workplace coaching. They began their career as a Human Resource Executive at Vivid Hospitality and then at The Lalit Suri Hospitality Group, focusing on recruitment and employee engagement. Deboshree progressed to roles at BT and Tata Consultancy Services, where they currently serve as the Lead for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion and LGBTQ+ segment initiatives. They hold an MBA in Human Resources Management from the North Eastern Regional Institute of Management and a BSc in Biochemistry from B. Barooah College.
