Deon Appelgryn is a results-oriented leader with extensive management experience across operations, technology, finance, and marketing sectors. Currently serving as the VP of Product and Engineering Management at TCN, Deon has successfully led initiatives in digital transformation and software development, implementing strategies that bridge the gap between business and technology teams. Previously, Deon co-founded Sui Generis Solutions and played key roles in various organizations, overseeing project management and financial control while fostering cross-functional teams. Deon holds a Master's in Engineering Management and a Bachelor's in Electronic Engineering from the University of Pretoria.
