CMC Management

The Finance and Operations team at TCG Labs-Soleil ensures the efficient financial management and operational logistics essential for driving our venture-biotech model. Led by the Senior Vice President of Finance, Co-founder and Chief Operating Officer, and Associate Director of Facilities, the team is responsible for budgeting, financial planning, and facility management to enable seamless translation of scientific insights into therapeutic solutions. Ultimately, they support the strategic positioning and development of portfolio companies from ideation to clinical proof of concept.
