Nishant Kumar is a product developer at TCG Digital since August 2023, with prior experience as a data scientist at Episource, where responsibilities included maintaining the Epicc Python library and extracting information from medical reports using AWS Textract. As a data science manager at Saathealth, Nishant focused on data cleaning and developed algorithms for segmenting digital phenotypes. At Glii, Nishant created a recommendation engine for an LGBTQ dating platform using content-based filtering and cosine similarity. Early in the career, Nishant served as a data analyst at Ayan Analytics Pvt Ltd, where quantitative models for stock performance were built, and as a core team member at Great Step, IIT Kharagpur, leading major events. Educationally, Nishant holds a dual degree in Mining and Mineral Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur, completed in 2023.
