David Jones, CPE, is an experienced professional in the field of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection consulting. Currently serving as the Director of MEP Consulting Services at TBD Consultants since April 2014, David oversees cost estimating and consulting services. Prior experience includes a role as a Senior Mechanical Consultant at AECOM from 2006 to April 2014, focusing on cost planning and project management. David also worked as a Cost Consultant for Davis Langdon an AECOM Company and as a Cost Consultant for Mechanical Construction Consulting Service. Additionally, David held the position of Estimator/Project Manager at Scott Company of California and served as a Mechanical Engineer at Mare Island Naval Shipyard. David holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from California State University, Chico, earned between 1983 and 1988. David's background includes international travel experiences, enriching cultural knowledge and languages.
