·Æ ¹ù is a highly experienced finance professional with over 20 years in the field. They began their career as an auditor at a Big Four accounting firm and spent 11 years at ETAM, where they developed expertise in finance planning and analysis. After serving as the Asia finance leader at CP Kelco, they currently hold the position of Director, Commercial Finance for North Americas at Tate & Lyle, leading finance planning and analysis processes while working closely with executive leadership. They hold a Master's degree in Financial Management from Renmin University and an EMBA from Washington University in St. Louis.
