Mathias Krause currently serves as the VP of Operations EMEA at Tate & Lyle since April 2025. Prior to this role, Mathias held the position of Regional Director of Operations at CP Kelco from October 2022 to August 2025 and served as Plant Manager at CPKelco from December 2017 to July 2023. Mathias has an extensive background at CP Kelco, where roles included Technical Manager for Food Gums, Engineering & Operations Support Manager, Process Engineering Manager, and Production Planning Manager from December 2005 to July 2017. Mathias earned a Dipl. Ing. in Technische Chemie from FH Luebeck between 1993 and 1997.
