Sitaram Kandi is the Chief Human Resources Officer at Tata Motors, a position held since 2019. Prior to this, Sitaram served as the Director of HR for Global Supply Chain at GE South Asia from 2011 to 2019, and as Group HR Head at Mustafa Sultan Enterprises LLC in Oman from March 2010 to September 2011. Their career includes significant HR leadership roles at companies such as Monsanto and TE Connectivity, where they were responsible for HR strategy, talent development, and organizational restructuring.
