Prachi Upneja is currently the Chief Manager of Human Resources at Tata AIG General Insurance Company Limited, where they manage the end-to-end lifecycle of off-roll employees while ensuring compliance with policies and governance standards. Prachi previously worked as a Senior Manager and Management Trainee in HR at Tata AIG, successfully executing appraisal cycles and driving process improvements. They have also gained valuable experience as an HR intern at Intelligence Quality and SREI Equipment Finance Limited, where they developed HR policies and researched AI in recruitment. Prachi holds a Bachelor of Science in Zoology from Delhi University and an MBA in Human Resource Management from the Institute of Management Technology, Nagpur. Their dedication to fostering diversity and inclusion in the workplace earned them the 'Champion of Champions' Award for Best Performance in FY 2022–23.
